Portland-based architect and photographer, Harley Cowan, whose heritage documentation was featured in the Fall 2020 issue of Field Notes, will have a collection of striking silver gelatin prints — including images of Jantzen Beach Carousel horses and components — on display in the Concourse B-C Connector near Concourse C at the Portland International Airport as a featured artist in the Port of Portland’s PDX ART program. https://pdxart.portofportland.online/
