Merkley's 2024 Oregon Treasures Quest Challenge
We LOVE Sen Merkley and his team's desire to get Oregonians to experience our historic and natural wonders!
Several RO staff are taking the Quest - please join us as there is so much to enjoy.
"Visit at least 10 different counties between January 1, 2024 and November 1, 2024 to participate in the Oregon Treasures Quest Challenge. To qualify for this challenge, you must visit sites that are listed in the main descriptions or the “You May Also Want to Explore…” section of Oregon Treasures Quest book. Document your visits by sending us selfies with the sites in the background."
- THE OREGON TREASURES QUEST
Restore Oregon gives a big shout out to the Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve in Josephine County since we're working with the Friends of the Oregon Caves & Chateau to call attention to the historic grand lodge that is being restored. Also, Wasco County mentions the National Neon Sign Museum in The Dalles, where our beloved Jantzen Beach Carousel has its new home. Thanks to Team Merkley for calling out our historic Main Streets and downtowns like St. Helens, Condon, McMinnville, Echo and Paisley.
We owe it to ourselves to set forth and explore.
Join us and hopefully we'll see you at the Quest Party!
