We are pleased to introduce you to Restore Oregon’s newest board members – Darin Rutledge and Harv Schubothe – who both bring incredible expertise to our organization from working in their respective communities with the Oregon Main Street program. As a statewide organization, Restore Oregon strives to achieve as much geographic representation as possible, so we are excited to welcome board members who will help deepen our connections in the southern part of our state!
Our organization also welcomes a new Board President, Rachel Browning, who served as our Vice President last year. Hailing now from Newport, Rachel has a depth of experience that will help us connect to communities throughout Oregon.
We would like to extend a big THANK YOU to Rebecca Ziegler, our outgoing Board President, who has contributed greatly to the success of our statewide organization. Oregon’s loss is Ohio’s gain as Rebecca has moved to the other “O” state for a new position with the City of Twinsburg. And a very fond farewell to board member Karen Auborn, who recently ended her full six-year term of volunteer service. We cannot thank you enough!
