THE ANNUAL PETS ‘N PRESERVATION CALENDAR PHOTO CONTEST IS HERE
Entries for the 2026 Pets ‘n Preservation calendar are open now through August 1, 2025.
Enter Your Pet Today – Cover Shot Wins $150!
Our premier photo contest honors all types of animal friends.
We encourage you to photograph your birds, bunnies, and horses (or any other pet) with a historic (40+ year old) place and enter!
Our expert panel of judges will review the submissions and narrow down to our winning cover shot—plus an additional 11 calendar pets.
The place is important – location can be anything from your front porch to a national registered historic place…it just must be at least 40 years old.
We will select one photo to serve as the cover spot (which will be awarded $150)!
Entering the Pets n’ Preservation contest is easy!
Here’s how the contest works:
• FIRST, Nominate your pet!
Complete the short survey and drop the high resolution photo of your pet in front of a historic place in the drop box before August 1st.
ENTER YOUR PET PHOTO HERE
• SECOND, Shamelessly promote your pet by posting your furry besties at your favorite old place.
Use #petsnpreservation and tag us on social @restoreoregon, so we can see it.
