Hosted by Restore Oregon's Board of Directors
Gather in the Garden
A Fundraiser for Restore Oregon
Sunday, June 5, 2022 | 3:00pm to 7:00pm
At the Victorian Belle Mansion in Portland’s Historic Kenton Neighborhood
Join us as we bring together the whole preservation family for a relaxed afternoon of lawn games, tours, special presentations, food, drink, and FUNdraising to support the work of Restore Oregon.
Reconnect with old friends and network to make new connections while you enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and sip on local craft beer and wine.
In honor of Paul Bunyan's quintessential shirt, wear your best gingham or plaid! It doesn’t get more classic than this iconic checked pattern.
Our silent auction will bring out your competitive spirit with gift baskets filled with local goods and more!
Fun program activities include:
Tour the delightful Victorian Belle mansion with Restore Oregon board member Karla Pearlstein (and does she have restoration stories to share!).
Stroll to the nearby Paul Bunyan statue and visit this DeMuro Award-winning project with the Kenton Business Association (the group responsible for Tall Paul’s restoration)
Listen to a fun talk on the origins of gingham and plaid by clothing historian Kay Demlow at Lavender's Green. Not only does it look great, but it has an interesting history that just adds to its inherent charm.
Toast and honor our former executive director Peggy Moretti for her dedication over a decade of service! (In person, in the 5-5:30 pm range.)
