Find Rewarding Opportunities as a Volunteer
Volunteers play a vital role in fulfilling our mission to preserve, reuse and pass forward the Oregon's cultural spaces and places.
Why Volunteer with Restore Oregon?
Is preserving our region's heritage your passion?
Volunteers provide an important link to our community and assist in fostering greater awareness of our historic architectural environment. Volunteers expand their knowledge of architecture and learn more about the benefits of renovation and restoration of our historic landmarks in addition to developing new friendships. Restore Oregon is always in need of volunteer help with our events, such as the Restoration Celebration, the Mid-Century Modern Design Series, and many of our committees. Also, we can always use office and tech support as well! We welcome the support of our historic places through your donation of time and talents. Here is a list of possible volunteer opportunities:
- Planning special events & day-of help at the Restoration Celebration, Mid-Century Modern Design Series, Heritage Barns Workshop, and other events.
- Planning special fundraising events.
- Filling a leadership position on the Volunteer Board of Directors.
- Researching various topics.
- Serving on a committee.
